| Shakti Punj organizes free eye check-up camp | | | | KATHUA, Feb 15: Shakti Punj has organized a three day long free eye check-up and operation camp at Sub-District Hospital, Hiranagar in collaboration with Directorate of Health Services Jammu. Deputy Commissioner Kathua, Zahida Khan inaugurated the camp in the presence of CMO Kathua Dr Ajay Khajuria, ADC Kathua, Tehsildar, BDO and BMO Hiranagar Dr. Omkar Nath. Deputy Commissioner Khan lauded the efforts of Shakti Punj organization and announced to release amount for the repairing and maintenance of Hiranagar Hospital. During OPD team of doctors examined 455 patients. On the occasion, free medicines were given to the patients. The team of doctors who examined the patients included Dr Kamal Gupta, Dr Rajni Gupta and Dr M.P Singh. Students of N.S.S unit of Guru Gang Dev Ji College of education Chhan Arorian played important role for the smooth conduct of the camp. |
