JAMMU: In order to carry out the work of Guard Netting for one no span near Amphalla for proper clearances, the power supply to PHE Parade, MLA Hostel, Telephone Exchange, Kachi Chowni, Dogra Hall, Indira Chowk, Bus Stand, Part of Jewel Chowk, Raghunath Bazar, Shalamar Chowk, Kanak Mandi, Part of Rehari, B.C Road, Resham Ghar Colony and adjoining areas being fed from 33 KV/11 KV R/Station Janipur-New Secretariat Line shall remain affected on 17th February, 2013 from 9 a.m to 10.30 a.m. Meanwhile, in order to carry out the stringing work over the railway crossing on newly erected 132 KV (DD+9) type tower near double track Railway Line at Lakhanpur, the shut down on 66 KV Sarna- Kathua & 66 KV Pathankot-Kathua Transmission Line is allowed on 16th February and 17th February, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The areas shall be affected due to shut down are Basantpur, Lakhanpur, Keerian-Gandyal and RTIC Basantpur. The shutdown is subjected to fair weather conditions. |
