| Tata Crucible Campus Quiz 2013 held at SMVDU | | | et plus report
Jammu, Mar 7: Ninth edition of inter-collegiate business quiz, the Tata Crucible Campus Quiz (TCCQ- 2013), was today held at Sri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) Katra. According press release, Vedant Sharma and Luhar Karan Singh from SMVDU emerged as winners in the Jammu regional round of the TCCQ-2013, introduced in an all-new 6Q format.
The runner up position was bagged by Saurabh Kohli and Abhinandan Singh from GCET, Jammu.
Quizmaster Giri Balasu bramaniam presented a cash prize of Rs 75,000 to the winning team and Rs. 35,000 to the runners-up team.
The Jammu regional round of Tata Crucible Campus Quiz 2013 enjoyed an enthusiastic response with 61teams participating from colleges across the state.
The top 6 teams of the quiz were selected after a preliminary written and a subsequent wild card round.
The other four teams that qualified for the finals were Deepika P and Kiran Kaur (MIET), Komal Dhar and Ankit Antaal (MBSCET), Sahil Sharma and Ankush P (The Business School, Jammu) and Akshit M and Manish R (SMVDU).
The winners of the regional finals will win cash prizes of Rs. 75,000, while the runners-up will receive Rs. 35,000. Attractive prizes are in store for all the Zonal finalists. Winners of the national finals will be rewarded with a cash prize of Rs.5,00,000 and the coveted Tata Crucible trophy. |
