Two more get police remand in infamous Kishtwar burglary case

Kishtwar, Mar 7: A day after Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Kishtwar granted seven days police remand to two accused in a infamous burglary case, the Kishtwar Police today produced two more buglers before the Court of CJM Kishtwar who remanded them on six days police custody.
A police party led by SHO P/S Kishtwar Mushtaq Ahmed produce two more accused identified namely as namely Arun Kumar son of Des Raj and Janum Parihar son of Manoj Kumar Parihar both resident of Hidyal Kishtwar before CJM Kishtwar. After hearing the police plea CJM Kishtwar remanded the duo to six days police custody. The arrest of above mentioned duo comes after the disclosures made by the already arrested accuse Raj Kiran and Zakir Hussain Sheikh. Police sources said with the arrest of two more buglers, the Kishtwar police so far arrested four buglers in connection with the two burglaries which took place at AD Agency and Tanveer Electronics Kishtwar.
"Among the four accused, 20 year old Raj Kiran who was working as a servant at AD Agencies had hatched a conspiracy some 5-6 months ago. The accused during questioning had also confessed that he had set the shop on fire apprehending to have been video clipped in CCTV camera's installed at the shop. Kishtwar police on the bases of the discloser made by the accused is still conducting raids at different location in Kishtwar District. Police said that few key accomplice of prime accuse Raj Kiran who are evading their arrest.
Meanwhile Police sources said that accuse Zakir Hussain Sheikh is key link to several burglaries that took place in Kishtwar District in last couple of years. The accuse Zakir has link with several buglers hailing from adjoining Doda and Kishtwar Districts and act as a courier in facilitating selling of stolen material in consumer market. Kishtwar police is hopeful after their disclosures more arrests are expected
