| Newly elected MLCs felicitated at Congress headquarters | | | Et Plus Report
Jammu, Mar 7: The newly elected members of Legislative Council from Congress party were felicitated at the party headquarters here on Thursday.
State Congress President Prof Saifuddin Soz accompanied by the newly elected MLCs Mohammad Muzaffar Parray, Naresh Gupta and Rani Billoria, reached the Congress office where senior leaders and activists garlanded them and welcomed them amid slogans in favour of the leadership and the party. Congratulating the new MLCs, Prof Soz said that dedication and devotion to the party is recognized one day in the party.
He asked them to work hard for strengthening the party and strengthen the hands of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and promote the policies of the Congress.AICC Secretary Incharge J&K Abdul Manan Ansari was also present on the occasion.
He congratulated the newly elected MLCs and asked the party leaders to work dedicatedly for strengthening Congress in the state.
