Kathua, Mar 7: Speak India Environmental Foundation (SIEF) Kathua chairman Sunil Sharma today said that they had submitted a memorandum to DDC Kathua Zahida Khan with an aim to change the name of Dream Land Park to Swami Vivekananda Park. "But till now administration didn't pay any heed to our request.
We once again demand that the name of the park be changed with and aim to pay homage to the real hero of the nation Swami Vivekananda," he said in a statement.
Director SIEF Suresh Kumar said that they would start the signature campaign for renaming the Park to aware the general masses. Executive Member SIEF Naresh Kumar said that a delegation is also going to meet with DDC Kathua in this regard |
