Kathua, Mar 7: School managements are still busy in violating norms concerned to school children carry vehicles in district Kathua. The overloading is often and extensive in school vehicles, but the school managements are not seemed to be learnt from the various horrific tragic mis-happening which claimed many lives across country.
To make secure and safe transportation system for all school going students in Jammu and Kashmir, the High court released an order to follow the norms, the concerned Transport authority came into action to check the violation of norms. In this regard the RTO Kathua had constituted a committee and conducted various visits in several schools spread awareness among the school managements and parents to follow strictly the norms set by J&K government.
But it is sad to say that no strict checking of violations of norms have been seen till date and the violation is going on peak day by day and putting the lives of thousands of students passengers at risk of life.
