| Governor greets people on Navratras, Navreh | | | JAMMU: Mr. N. N. Vohra, Governor, has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Navratras and Navreh, and prayed for their well-being and prosperity.
In his message of greetings, the Governor observed that the Navratras has a special significance for the devotees who visit the Holy Cave Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Deviji in large numbers during this auspicious period.
The Governor also extended warm greetings to the Kashmiri Pandits who celebrate Navreh on this day, which marks the beginning of the New Year and the onset of Spring.
The Governor expressed sincere hope that this auspicious period would be the harbinger of harmony, brotherhood, amity, peace, progress and prosperity in the State. |
