| Gurezi convenes Public Grievance camp at Mahore | | Inaugurates hydraulic subdivision of PHE | |
REASI: Minister of State for Animal & Sheep Husbandry, Nazir Ahmad Gurezi convened a public grievance camp at Mahore today.
He was accompanied by MLA Gulabgarh Abdul Gani Malik, ADC Reasi Rajinder Singh Tara and other senior district officers.
Large number of local people and Panches and Sarpanches of the area also attended the camp and apprised the Minister with their demands and problems.
Giving a patient hearing to the demands of the people Mr. Gurazi gave on spot instructions to the officers of the concerned departments to ensure timely redressal of the problems on priority basis.
He stressed upon the Panches and Sarpanches to work in coordination with the line departments so that the benefits of the state and central sponsored schemes reach the people. He also directed to fill up the class 4th vacancies lying vacant in the sheep husbandry as soon as possible and asked the District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Reasi to advertise the posts within a week’s time. Mr Gurezi directed the concerned officers of PDD to ensure repair of transforms immediately.
The Minister also inaugurated a hydraulic subdivision of PHE at Mahore and said that several steps have been initiated to speed up the pace of development in Mahore.
Later the Minister also convened a meeting of all district officers at Mahore. He called upon the officers to make people aware of various schemes for improving their socioeconomic status and ensure redressal of the grievances in time bound manner. |
