SRINAGAR: Consequent upon the Motion moved by MLA, Mr. Aijaz Ahmed Jan and adopted by the House on April 3, 2013, the Speaker J&K Legislative Assembly, Mr. Mubarak Gul has nominated the members to serve on the Select Committee on “ The Jammu and Kashmir Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Bill, 2013, (L.A Bill No. 11 of 2009).
According to the notification issued by the Assembly Secretariat, Minister of State for Home, Mr. Sajjad Ahmad Kichloo will be the Chairman of the Committee, whileas Aga Syed Ruhullah Mehdi, Mr. Nasir AslamWani, Mr. Yashpaul Kundal, Mr. Jugal Kishore, Peerzada Mansoor Hussain, Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Jan, Mr. Ashok Kumar and Er. Abdul Rashid would serve as Members.
The Committee will submit its report to the House during the next session of the Assembly, said the notification.
Similarly another Motion moved by Members, Mr. Javed Ahmed Dar, Mr. Ajaz Ahmad Jan, Peer Afaq Ahmad and Mr. Ashok Kumar and adopted by the House on April 5, 2013, the Speaker nominated the members to serve on the Select Committee on “The Kashmiri Hindu Shrines and Religious Places (Management and Regulation) Bill, 2009 (L.A Bill No. 11 of 2009), with the direction to submit its report to the House during the next session of the Assembly.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Mir Saifullah will be the Chairman of the Committee whileas Prof Chaman Lal Gupta, Dr. Sheikh Mustaffa Kamal, Mr. Harsh Dev Singh, Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen, Mr. Abdul Rehman Veeri, Mr. Mohammad Yaseen Shah, Mr. M. Y. Tarigami and Mr. Ashwani Kumar Sharma will serve as Members.
Likewise consequent upon another Motion moved by the Minister of State for Revenue, Mr. Aijaz Ahmed Khan and adopted by the House on April 4, 2013, the Speaker nominated the Members of the House to serve on the Joint Select Committee on “The Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition on Conversion of Agricultural Land for non-Agricultural Purposes Bill, 2011(L. A. Bill No. 15 of 2011)” with the direction to submit its report to the House during the next session of the Assembly. As per the notification issued by the Assembly Secretariat, here today, the Minister of State for Revenue, Mr. Aijaz Ahmed Khan would be the Chairman of the Committee, whileas Dr. Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Molvi Ifthikhar Hussain Ansari, Mr Surjit Singh Slathia, Mr Harsh Dev Singh, Mr Abdul Gani Malik, Mr Mohammad Sharief Niaz, Mr Abdul Gaffar Sofi, Mr. Jugal Kishore and Charanjit Singh will serve as Members of the Committee. |
