RAMBAN: The Minister of state for Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation, Mr. Ajaz Ahmed Khan today inaugurated Camp Office of Deputy Commissioner here at Gool. The DC Ramban, Shyam Vinod Meena, ACR Ramban, XEN PMGSY, XEN R&B, AEEs Railways/ BRO officers, besides other District Officers were present on the occasion.
The Camp Office at Gool will function once in a week (Saturday) for Revenue Related Certificates, and services coming under the ambit of Public Services Guarantee Act and land compensation disbursement, besides redressal of grievances and general demands of the people.
The Minister also chaired the review meeting of Revenue Department in which DC Ramban gave detailed presentation about the disbursement of compensation to the landowners and development activities in and around Gool.
District and Tehsil level Officers, besides GM HCC and representatives of Railways, I/c BRO also attended the meeting.
The Minister directed the Officers of executing agencies PWD, Railways, BRO that to pay the pending compensation pertaining to land/structures to the affected families/land owners without further delay. He also directed that the construction of roads under PMGSY shall be completed within stipulated time period. He also directed the BEACON authorities to speed up the ongoing road work from Sangaldan to Gool and also its proper maintenance.
The Minister also met various delegations at camp office Gool and issued on the spot direction to Officers for redressal of their genuine demands. |
