| BHADERWAH: To finalize arrangements for smooth and successful celebration of Independence Day 2013 at Dak Bungalow Bhaderwah, Sub Division Magistrate Bhaderwah Dr. R.K. Bharti today convened a meeting of officers. During the meeting, it was decided that the main function will be organized at Government Boys Higher Secondary School Ground Bhaderwah where VIP will host the tricolour and take the salute at the march Past by contingents of JKAP,NCC and Tinny platoons from government and private schools. It was also decided that a colorful cultural programme will be presented by the school children on the occasion. Various other necessary arrangements were also finalized which included security, first AID, medicare, power supply, drinking water supply, sanitation, seating arrangement and invitation cards etc. The function will start with the shehnai wadan by the Tehsil Information Centre Bhaderwah. SDPO Bhaderwah Jameel Ahmed, DFO Bhaderwah, Block Development Officer, Bhaderwah, Xen Irrigation, FC besides other officers attended the meeting. |
