Misappropriation of Model Village funds Court directs SSP VOJ to act as per CrPC 8/9/2013 11:27:03 PM Et Report Jammu, Aug 9: In a complaint filed by ex-sarpanch Tara Chand and Ashok Kumar against then BDO Sunderbani Sukhpal Singh and others who allegedly misappropriated the funds under the Model Village Upper Kangri Block Sunderbani Rajouri, Court has directed SSP Vigilance to act u/s 156 (3) CrPC. Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Jammu Jaffer Hussain Beigh after hearing Adv SM Choudhary appearing for the complainant and gone through the enquiry report and also hearing enquiry officer who has admitted in the open Court that he has not enquired about all the allegations made in the complaint observed that which is disobedience of the court and said that enquiry officer has established the fact so loss of Rs 51643 for construction of road which is sufficient for investigation in dept and directed SSP Vigilance to act u/s 156 (3) CrPC.
