Kathua, Aug 28 : Speak India organized today demanded early compensation for the flood affected families, here today. According to press release, a meeting under the leadership of Naresh Kumar Executive Member of the SIEF was held. Addressing gathering Naresh said that majority of poor families were affected by heavy rain/flood they lost their houses/ and agriculture land as mostly family depend upon small piece of land and now staying under the open sky, community hall.
He said that it was social responsibility of District Administration to frames a block level committee to traces and identifies the flood effected family from the entire District and provide the basic infrastructure, food, tent and light with immediate effect. |
