Kathua Sarpanchs block NH, demand inquiry against BDO officials 8/28/2013 11:14:30 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Aug 28: A large number of people today blocked National Highway blocked to protest against the arrest of Sarpanch Govind Ram Sharma by Sarpanches of district Kathua at Dayalachak here today. Terming the arrest unjustified, the protestors Sarpanches Parshotam Singh, Raghunandhan Singh, Yash Paul Raina, Mohan Singh and Vijay Sharma strongly condemned the employees of BDO Office Hiranagar for hatching a conspiracy against the Sarpanch Govind Sharma of Panchayat Chilakh in Hiranagar tehsil to save himself from the wrong doing.
