Sunil Sethi appointed SP Prosecutor in Inner Wheel Home case 11/20/2013 10:17:13 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 20 (JNF): Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi has been appointed Special Public Prosecutor in much publicized rape with mentally retarded girls at Rotary Inner Wheels Home at Channi Rama Jammu.
