Capacity building programme for panchayat functionaries organized at Drabshalla 11/20/2013 9:13:37 PM Early Times Report KISHTWAR, Nov 20: A One day programme on capacity building and training of elected PRI's and field functionaries of Rural Development Department under BRGF was conducted at block Drabdhalla, Kishtwar. A large number of panchs, sarpanchs and officials of RDD attended the programme. Different speakers and expert panelists threw light on different topics along with planning and implementation of various schemes at gross level. Sameer Sharma delivered lecture on MGNREGA and also apprised about recent amendments in the act. Zubair Ahmed spoke about PMGSY, RGGVY, SKEWPY and Zahid Mushtaq threw light on IAY. The programme was concluded by a lecture delivered by BDO Shoket Hayyat.
