KISHTWAR, Nov 20: After registration of an FIR No: 191 U/S 376/452 RPC in connection with the rape of 13 year old poor girl three days ago, Bhaderwah police finally manage to arrest the rape accused Manish Kotwal son of Om Prakesh Kotwal resident of Kharoti Bhaderwah from Jammu.
As per the details, after committing the crime, the accuse Manish escape from Bhaderwah town to avoid arrest, but after hectic efforts, police party from police station Bhaderwah under the supervision of SP Doda Mohammad Arif Rishu keep track of the accused and finally they successfully manage to arrest the accused from Jammu outskirts. After arresting the rape accused, Doda police shifted him to Bhaderwah and will finally produce him in the court tomorrow.
It is pertinent to mention here that the accused after seeing the victim alone barked inside her home and forcefully committed rape on her. |
