Jammu, Jan 2: On the eve of New Year, a Mata ka Jagran was organised at the premises of Prachin Mahalaxmi Mandir, Pacca Danga, Jammu in which renowned singers participated.
Various singers especially the melodious voices of Sohit, Ram Pal Sharma, Chota Shakeel paid tribute to Mahalaxmi Mata through their Bhajan and Bhaints. The followers offered prayer for the prosperity, peace of the state.
Those who participated in the function was prominent social activities Ashok Luthra, Amit Luthra, Trilok Singh, Subash Shastri, Vikram Basin, Vishal Talla and others.
