Jammu Jan 25: Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) today suspended Food Safety Officer, (FSO) for dereliction of duties in view of complaint received regarding non issuance of license in favour of the Proprietor of M/S Mahajan Namkeen & Sweet Shop, Canal Road Jammu despite his repeated requests from the later. Taking cognizance in this regard, the Commissioner JMC Kiran Wattal ordered for the detailed enquiry in the matter and further ordered that the assignment of suspended Food Safety Officer shall be looked after by Ashwani Kumar, Food Safety Officer.
It is further appealed to all shopkeepers to obtain proper license from Jammu Municipal Corporation for carrying on their business properly. |
