Poonch, Feb 12: "Who is responsible for the great injustice with district Poonch during the establishment of recent administrative units in the state? PDP leader Shah Muhammad Tantray said who was speaking to the new entrants in the party at a function held at his residence today. He said that the establishment of new units is nothing except an eye wash as there is already scarcity of infrastructure and main power. He asserted that there is height of miss governance and miss management as there's single patwari on three patwar halqas, single secretary on four panchayats , one PDD lineman on ten villages and a lot of schools are without teachers. He demanded that five new tehsil, four CD blocks, ten Niabats and Mandi be given the status of sub-division. Tantray said that the common man of the state is showing his faith and confidence in PDP and he is fed up with the policies of present coalition government. Those who joined in today's meeting are Syed Asif, Ch. Riaz, Abdulrahman, Maqsood Ahmad, Ishtiaq Hussain, Imtiaz Ahmad, Farooq Hussain, Syed Ioz, Liaqat Hussain, M. Iqbal, Asif Hussain, Syed Mumtaz, Abdulghani and Syed Sharafat. Others who address the meeting includes Amar Singh Josh, Tanveer Dar, Bashir Khaki, Prof. Raghbir Singh, Naresh Raj Sharma, advocate M Zaman, G.M.Jafri, Syed Tayyab Bukhari, Waheed Qureshi, Gulam Din and Ch.
