| Vote for BJP to liberate country from mis-governance, dynastic rule: Dr Singh | | | Et Report Jammu, Mar 1: BJP Lok Sabha candidate for Kathua-Udhampur constituency, party's National Executive Member & J&K Chief Spokesperson Dr Jitendra Singh today asked the party cadre propagate party's policies and agendas further saying that vote for BJP to liberate the country from the menace of mis-governance, corruption and dynasty rule. Addressing a meeting of party workers at Billawar today, Dr Singh appealed for a vote for BJP to liberate the country from the menace of mis-governance, corruption and dynasty rule. Reiterating Narendra Modi's slogan of ' Vote for India", he said that a vote for BJP is indeed a vote for India because there is no other political option for common man to get benefits of equal opportunity and justice as envisaged in a democracy. Dr Singh said now this is the collective responsibility to win this seat for BJP to add to Narendra Modi's tally in Lok Sabha. Demanding district status for Billawar-Basohli, the BJP's Lok Sabha candidate for Kathua-Udhampur constituency Dr Singh said, "it is strange that the state government still hasn't considered significance to grant district status for better administrative functioning in this vast region which also is far away from district headquarter. Referring to poor road connectivity and demand of rail link for Billawar-Basohli, Dr Singh said if BJP wins from here, the party will raise in the Lok Sabha the issue of neglect of this region during ten years of Congress rule. The meeting was convened by senior leader and State Incharge of BJPs Morcha Satish Sharma. Besides him among others who addressed included State General Secretary Rajiv Jasrotia, Kathua-Udhampur Constituency Incharge Som Raj Khajuria, District President Ved Mankotia, District Organisation General Secretary Inderjit Sharma, Premnath Dogra, Mandal President Amrik Singh and Bhag Singh, local senior leader Ganesh Basotra and others. |
