Jammu, Mar 1 : Crime Branch Jammu booked ten persons for hatching criminal conspiracy and cheating three persons for an amount of Rs 4,50,000 on pretext of providing them jobs in Railway department. The accused identified as Mamta Devi wife of Jasvir Singh of Akalpur,Ramesh Chander son of Prem Nath of Ghallan Tattapani, Rajouri, Rajneet Sing s on of Baldev Singh of Allya Teryath, Reasi, Mohd Riyaz son of Rehman of Gurdhan Bala of Rajouri, Mohd Mushtaq of Mourian, Poonch, Shambu Dayal Yadav sof Harsh Mukherjee Road,Kolkata, Parmeet Kumar,Ravi Kumar of New Delhi,Raj Kishore of Krishna Mohalla, Kolkata and Ajay Kumar were booked under section 419, 420, 467, 468,471,120 B RPC against FIR No 4/2014. As per CBJ report, the complaint was lodged by Susheel Sharma of Dev Raj Sharma of Sangrampur,Jammu and Shiv Jyoti son of Vijay Kumar of Rattanpur and Gopal Krishan sonof Sardari Lal of Sangechak. In their complaint they alleged that they were duped of hefty amount on the pretext of providing job in Indian Railways. During verification by CBJ it was revealed that the amount collected was deposited in Punjab National Bank,Patna and ICICI bank in accounts owned by Pramjeet Kumar and Raj Kishore. It was revealed that the Shambu Dayal Yadav and his colleagues impersonating themselves as officers of Railway department issued fake appointment orders in favour of the complainants. |
