UDHAMPUR, Mar 2: All J&K State Pensioners association held a protest rally at Mini Stadium Udhampur under the leadership of its convener Mukund Lal Sharma. While addressing Mukund Lal Sharma said that the association struggling for the demands of employees and pensioners for last five Years for Sixth Pay Commission arrears on the analogy of central government paid in five installments but state government has not released the arrears of sixth pay commission till date as only two installment were paid till now. He also added that the thousands of daily wagers working in government departments such as PHE,PDD, Irrigation etc have not regularized even after the decades of long service . They are needed to be regularized at an earliest. He further added that the additional quantum of the Pension in favour of state pensioners, after attaining the age of 80,85,90,95,100 years and above @ 20%,30%,40%,50% and 100% on the analogy of central Government older pensioners. |
