| Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra celebrates Shivratri | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 2: A Samohik Shivratri was celebrated by Sanjeevani Sharda Kendra today in which hundreds of people drawn from various sections of the society attended. The function was presided by T.N. Pandita while famous saint and scholar Anand Swami Pran Nath Bhat Greeeb (Bai Ji) was the chief guest on the occasion and a noted scholar Dr Jai Krishen Sharma was the guest of honour. While speaking on the religious significance of Shivratri the chief guest reflected upon its spiritual meaning and said that Shivratri represents the social, cultural and spiritual aspect of man's ascent to higher realms and his final knowledge about his true self. Dr Jai Krishen Sharma noted scholar said that Shivratri should present coherence and cultural reflectivity of the pandits. |
