Residents of Sakta Chack stages protest demonstration against PCB 3/2/2014 10:55:32 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Mar 2: Residents of Sakta Chack today staged protest demonstration against Pollution Control Board (PBC) here at Kathua. According to press release, Shashi and Kaka residents of Sakta Chack said that the Brick Kilns creates massive pollution in said area as well as its adjoining areas. They said that many times the issue would be discussed to the concerned authorities but the concerned authorities didn't take any strict action about the owners of Brick Kilns. They further said that the Brick Kilns owners used coal, wood and bad quality of oil that creates huge pollution. The pollution control board did not check those kilns which are consistently emitting the pollution.
