Jammu Mar 2: The schedule for election of All Jandiyal Sabha had revised. Now, the date of withdrawal of nomination papers has been fixed on March 9, 2014 and the election should be held on March 23, 2014. According to press release, the 3members election Committee of the Sabha at the Devasthan of Baba Sahej Nath ji after considering the written request made by 13 out of 15 candidates whose nomination papers were found to be in order. The remaining two candidates were not present. Today was the date for withdrawal of nomination papers headed by KB Jandial, the Election Committee comprises Ch.Vidya Sagar and Ashwani Jandiyal.
Accepting the signed request of overwhelming majority of candidates for granting opportunity to arrive at consensus among the candidates, the Election Committee worked out the revised schedule and made the announcement. Now, the date of withdrawal of nomination papers, if still required, shall be conducted on March23, 2014 at10 am to 4 pm. |
