| Film industry to move towards J&K borders: Mukesh | | | Avinash Bhagat BISHANH, Mar 19: Bollywood star and son of the soil Mukesh Durani today said that film industry could move towards the state of Jammu and Kashmir but it needs due support from the state government along with the requisite infrastructure as well as cooperation of the general public which at present is negligible. He indirectly taking a dig at the successive governments said that film industry could only move to J&K if anyone from the government side assures to provide all the required permissions and other issues including availability of facilities. While speaking exclusively with Early Times at Arnia Bishnah on the sidelines of shooting of a bollywood movie "Hum Tum Dushman Dushman", being directed by Akhtar Rasool in the backdrop of India-Pakistan relations viz-a-viz Kashmir, Mukesh said that it will be good for Jammu and Kashmir if the film industry would get establish here as it will directly provide employment opportunities to the local people especially the artists. He motivated the youth of state by saying that there are immense opportunities in Mumbai and those who are interested, firstly join the film institute's which are available even at Jammu also and then after learning all the skills including dance and fight, should head for industry. |
