Jammu, Mar 19: Festivity of three-Day long festival 'Arrhythmia-2014' organized at Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences & Hospital (ASCOMS) marked with great enthusiasm in kind of Anmol Night, fashion show, variety of dances and other performances by ASCOMS students at Zorawar Singh Auditorium here on the second day. Minister for Housing and Horticulture, Raman Bhalla was chief guest on the occasion, while Davinder Batra (Trustee ASCOMS), Manik Batra (Director Batra, Group), Dr R P Kudyar (Director Principal, ASCOMS), Dr Pawan Malhotra, head of the Arrthymia Committee 2014 were also present on the occasion. At the onset of the Fashion Show left audience spell bound in which male and female students of ASCOMS, Sidhra walked on ramp in colorful designer's attires sponsored by Looks Saloon, Channi Himmat. This was followed by performances on the folk songs by girl students attired in the traditional dresses by designed by Ritu Mahajan from The Style-in-Boutique. During the occasion Indian Idol fame Anmol Jaswal also performed and enthralled the audience at the fullest. Besides ASCOMS faculty, a large number of ASCOMS students, parents of the students and non teaching staff witnessed the show titled as Arrhythmia-2014. Meanwhile college spokesperson also added that the festivity of Arrhythmia-2014' will conclude with a star night on Thursday (March 20) in which Deep Money & J-Star will perform at Zorawar Singh Auditorium, Jammu University. |
