samba, May 5: An anti personal mine was recovered in a field in district Samba here today and was diffused insitu, police sources said. According to reports, one Raj Singh s/o Hari Singh of village Reegal while was ploughing his filed when he spotted the mine. "Soon after spotting the mine he reported the matter to the local police, reports said adding, "after receiving information police and BSF teams rushed to the spot.' "After cordoning the spot, the bomb disposal squad was immediately called, sources said and added that Bomb Disposal Squad diffused the mine.' |
