3 Kashmiri students intimidated in Greater Noida; Omar tweets anger

Srinagar, May 5 : Another attack on Kashmiri students staying in a private hostel in Greater Noida today evoked strong reaction from Chief Minister Omar Abdullah who came down heavily on those behind the attacks.
At least three students enrolled in a private University and putting up in a private hostel alleged they were badly beaten up by a group of youth when they refused to shout anti-Pak slogans. The beaten up students claimed those attacked them were in an inebriated state.
Soon after media reports of attack went viral on the social networking site J&K Chief Minister also chose to respond strongly on the micro blogging site.
I'm sending the Resident Commissioner from Delhi to visit the university in question to ascertain all the facts before deciding next steps. "If the universities or state authorities can't protect Kashmiri students coming there then man up & admit your inability or unwillingness", Omar wrote in a series of tweets.
Irked over the repeated incidents of attack on Kashmiri students outside J&K Omar gave vent to his ire by writing this strong message, "Let's beat patriotism in to Kashmiri students, why don't we. Great way to remove any fear or sense of alienation among Kashmiris. Thugs!!!
Following the fresh incident of attack at least 100 college students hailing from different parts of Kashmir have been relocated to safer places
