| Two eve teasers arrested in Doda | | | Early Times Report
Doda, May 5 : Continuing its efforts to curb crime against women in district, the Doda Police arrested two youth from Khellani of Doda district when they attempted to eve tease two girls while they were on their way to meet their relative in Dantailee Khellani.
"The accused have been identified namely as Mukesh Kumar S/o Lal Chand R/o Khellani and Rakesh Kumar S/o Krishan Lal R/o Durga Nagar Khellani from Khellani, police said.
Police reports said, "The duo was caught following a complaint from relatives of girls that the duo attempted to tease two girls of Groundee Pranoo area who were on their way to meet their relative in Dantailee Khellani.
Taking cognizance the police arrested the accused and registered a case against FIR No.74/2014 u/s 354, 341, 323 RPC stands registered against them at Police Station Doda.
Further investigation in this regard is on, police said. |
