But of course to practice a life of this character takes lot individually and thus has to be collective effort. Liberation within from the inception of the world turned impossible into possible where today's global village is the palm of hand where boundaries behave with efficiency of the liberated self.
Every effort thus has to be liberated with collective socio-psychological and scientifically proven defining thereby the responsibility of being within the knowhow of the system. But alas every one of us could not prove such a beautified character.
Liberation and democratic behaviour are interlinked but liberation within sets aside democratic values at present world over.
Thus self resolution alone cannot do justice and has to be liberated within ideological set up of any society or community at large.
Practical essence of any teaching institution of course includes extra-curricular activities including picnics or outings to enhance eco-friendly environmental behaviour within various sects of society.
Ability of any institution depends upon the exposure and intentions of head of institution holding various components of society within the platform that defines their future to design structures of essence for collective lives at the end of the day. But who experiences and who shares responsibility to liberate components of society at large, assessing thereby its own web individually with collective assertion of responsibilities and challenges.
Challenges are so many and need introspection within without which individual expressions make so many to suffer, when the same come into existence without any scientific research or woven thread defining introspection within before commenting on certain issues those of course lead to a future disaster remaining uncontrolled and unmanageable for generations to come.
Recent controversy of permission for picnics for any of the educational institution was viewed by various classes of society projecting it as awkwardness, state dependence which already is weird.
One should not forget that certain rules came into existence because of mistakes, those proved beneficial and added grace to life perspectives by redesigning & revisiting unfolded structures of behavioral changes those lead to mistakes. If parents seek accountability of institutions before Director School Education, it can be of course an intervention into unfolded stores of both sides.
Societal and community set up changes have brought in unimaginable disasters within educational institutions, many of them remain unheard. Parents cut a sorry figure before authorities due to unhealthy behavioral reflections of their wards who happen to be the designers of their future society. Respecting teachers with decent attitudinal and organized behaviour for a student remains question for the builders of our nation today.
But on the other part of it practical beauty of teaching with in-depth intellectual organized pattern stands derailed because of conflicts of unsatisfied position holders to justify their achievements in private sector.
Such an unwarranted vacuum, if unaddressed, may lead towards indecency that shall take years to have social behavioral change communication in place.
Projecting compulsory participation has to be managed within the stakeholders in a decent and responsible manner, with moral support of parents and responsible attitude of any institution and yes in black and white to avoid communication gaps for betterment of children in particular. It nowhere happens and can be exceptional.
Students get liberated on one hand from overburdened work culture but on the other hand moral values lose essence and beauty when already damaged society has so many inclinations towards unhealthy life style developments affecting the youth, a silent poison that kills our conscience. I remember the days of school age picnics by starting the trip with prayers those would stand by, to and fro, for safe journey and entertainment within limitations of decency what exactly is lacking now.
Absence of responsibility from parents and heads of educational institution has to be woven through Directorate of School Education because accountability shall make it possible to hold the values of life with moral support at both ends and pave options for corrective measures to already damaged society that definitely otherwise shall lead to unmanageable disasters. The manmade or natural disasters can be managed only when the liberation of self in every individual shall hold accountable to one's conscience.
Conflict within needs to be resolved but who will bell the cat ,when Education Department has to create a cell to maintain such perspectives of administration and people at large remain lost, within fast track system of life, with nuclear folded society including unfolded parents of school going children. |
