JAMMU, July 2: To express their gratitude towards Union MoS in Prime Minister's Office Dr. Jitendra Singh for taking up the issue of closure of Yuva Vani service and getting it re-started within a month's time, a large number of BJP activists led by Jammu District Vice-President Karan Singh celebrated the decision amid drum beats and distribution of sweets and carrying the photographs of Dr. Jitendra outside Radio Station, Jammu. They were raising slogans in praise of Dr. Jitendra Singh and Union Minister of Information & Broadcasting Prakash Javedakar. Karan singh, while speaking on the occasion, said that it has happened for the first time in the history of Jammu and Kashmir that an official decision got cancelled within such a short time due to personal intervention of a Union Minister belonging to Jammu. |
