HC directs Principal GMC to appear in person 7/2/2014 11:18:04 PM Jammu, July 2: In a petition filed by Dr Zaheer Abbas and Ors who have given the paper of Registrar/Demonstrator and their result was not declared despite Court directions, the J&K High Court directed Principal Govt Medical College Jammu shall appear in person before this Court on next date of hearing on July 18. During the hearing Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court Jammu Wing observed that since there is clear and evident non-compliance of directions issued by the Court by various orders by respondent and directed Principal Government Medical College Jammu shall appear in person before this Court on next date of hearing to explain as to why the directions of this court has not been complied and directed Registry to list this petition on July 18. Court further observed that in case compliance report is submitted as earlier directed by the Court, personal appearance shall stand dispensed with.
