Ravel Singh announces AJP candidate from Hiranagar 11/16/2014 10:45:34 PM Ealry Times Report Kathua, Nov 16: Aam Janta Party (AJP) today fielded its District president Ravel Singh as first candidate to contest MLA seat from Hiranagar constituency on Sunday. Disclosing the election agenda during a press conference at Daylachack, Ravel Singh committed to the people to contest the election on the agenda of reservation to the economically weaker sections of the society for government jobs. He said AJP categorically condemns the reservation policy of cast based and believes that should be based on economic condition of the families. He also demanded reforms in MLAs functioning and said CDF should be given directly to the District head and all the legislators should be freed from this responsibility because an MLA has a role to frame policies not to construct the lanes and drains.
