| Jammu, Dec 31: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) team today visited areas of Gumat Bazar, JP Chowk, Kanak Mandi, Rajinder Bazar, Ragunath Bazar, Sheedhi Chowk, Jammu which were causing obstructions in the free flow of vehicular traffic and hindrance to the pedestrians. Besides this, during the drive about no's of vendors / hawkers were also removed who were selling goods by encroaching upon footpaths and pavements in these areas and 01 no truck loads of materials / goods seized during the drive were impounded in the Municipal Yard. Further the team also demolished two no's of Khokha at Gumat Bazar, Jammu. The drive has been conducted with the help of police force from District Police Lines, Jammu. |
