GDC Budhal organizes rally for no aids 12/31/2014 11:47:33 PM Early Times Report Rajouri, Dec 31: Govt Degree College Budhal organized a rally for No Aids in which large number of students and staff participated. According to press release, the rally was conducted under the overall supervision of the college Principal Dr. Shakeel Ahmed Raina. The rally started from college campus and passed through main market and culminated in Govt. Girls High School Budhal.
