Jammu, Dec 31: On the eve of New Year, numbers of devotees from all over the country thronged in the Sahib Bandgi Ashram, Akhnoor to offer their salutations to satguru Madhu Param Hans ji Maharaj on Wednesday.
On this occasion, Madhu Param Sahib said, "we are living in, is not the real abode of Hansa. Some have faith in Kriya Yog, others have faith in Manoyog. But all these practices are related to mind alone," he stated and adding Kabir talked about Atam Yog, the great powers are inherent in our soul but these have been hidden by the coating of dirt and filth. This coating can be removed only be seeking the shelter of a satguru who is the treasure-house of Surti (awareness). Fixing concentration at him & recitation of the holy Nam can help the devotees in opening their inner eyes.
Likewise, the guru provides you with the power to have a fight with the mind. He gives this power through Nam and promises to provide more and more of it as per need of the disciple. Some children don't take milk and the mother grows sick. "In fact, the child doesn't like to take milk due to some problem within his body or within the body of the mother itself. Sometimes you don't show an inclination to fix your concentration at the guru due to some mistake on your part or due to some similar cause," he maintained. |
