Vendor held for bid to molest lady SPO 3/30/2015 11:14:19 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 30: Continuing its drive to discourage the criminal elements involved in crime against women, police today arrested a vendor for allegedly molesting a woman Special Police Officer (SPO) posted at Police Station Trikuata Nagar. Police sources said that one Balwant Singh, a road side vendor having a kiosk in Trikuta Nagar today attempted to molested a female SPO when she was walking alone on isolated road side.
