A resident,Mushtaq Ahmad told Early Times. "Your are habitual beggars, you just want relief from government, I can't help you, were his statements." Angry protesters told Early Times. They accused him of insulting and hurting the sentiments of local populace in general and of flood victims in particular. "We received nothing from government, only NGOs helped us at that time. So government must take action against this arrogant officer," They added.
