JAMMU, Feb 10: The State Legislative Assembly (LA) today witnessed uproar by opposition National Conference (NC) and Congress along with independent MLAs.

While reacting over the issue, the Speaker LA said that the area where the terror attack took place falls in his constituency He blamed Rohingyas settlement for today's terror attack and demanded their extradition.
"We have time and again raised the issue of settlement of Rohingyas in Jammu and asked the government to extradite them but nothing was done," the Speaker said.
Speaker's remarks triggered massive uproar from opposition parties who are demanding apology from the Speaker.
NC MLA from Khanyar and Congress MLA from Banihal demanded apology from the Speaker over his Rohngiya remarks. The agitated opposition MLAs said that they (Rohingyas) cannot be blamed for today's terror attack and termed it as tactics of the PDP-BJP government to divert the attention from their failure.
Opposition members later also trooped into the Well of the House.

"I am Pakistani….Pakistan Zindabad…Who the hell are you?," NC MLA pointed towards BJP members. After a lot of commotion, the Speaker adjourned the House for 15 minutes.
