Martyr is survived by his wife Asha Devi, son Abhinandan, daughter Arkita study in class 10th, 8th respectively in Army Public School Samba and also his father Des Raj (85). "We were expecting the Chief Minister or some other senior leader from Jammu region to visit our family in distress to condole the death, but shockingly even Dr Jatinder Singh MOS in PMO and MP from our constituency also didn't not come even though he had visited Jammu" Asha Devi the wife of martyr Roshan Lal said expressing her anguish.
"When a stone pelter in Kashmir is killed, Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti herself immediately goes to his house and also offers jobs to next of kin but she has no time to visit the martyr's family.
