Kashmiri migrants appointed under PM's Special Package to get HRA 3/15/2018 10:26:06 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 15: The Kashmiri migrant employees appointed under Prime Minister's Special Package will be henceforth entitled to House Rent Allowance (HRA). "The employees appointed under Prime Minister's Special Package for Return and Rehabilitation of Kashmiri Migrants provided with shared government accommodation at the transit camps shall be entitled to HRA at the rates as admissible at their place of posting," said an order issued by Principal Secretary Finance, Mr Navin Kumar Choudhary.
