| Shiv Sena demands CBI probe in Asifa murder case | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 13: Jammu and Kashmir Unit of Shiv Sena Bal Thackrey has demanded fair probe by the CBI. Dimpy Kholi the party General Secretary Manish Sahni said that the parents of the culprits as well as the people of the state were not satisfied over the investigation done by the state crime branch Asifa murder case at Jammu.
He blames that some of the facts have been over looked and not taken into account in the reports submitted hurriedly to the government. Expressing his surprise Sahni said that it is not understood that why Mehbooba Mufti is not interested to handover the case to CBI.
Vice President Rajan Gupta further said the two state ministers had already supported the demand of the people for the CBI probe. Referring to the reports to the crime branch submitted reveals that the girl was remain kept in the temple for more than 7 days when there is only 1 hall in the temple with 3 doors and big windows. The key of the temple remains with the peoples of three villagers and how it can be possible to keep and hide the girl for such a long period in the temple. |
