Jammu, Apr 16: Reiterating its demand for a CBI probe in Rasana rape and murder case Shri Ram Sena today expressed lament over the coverage of the incident by the national media.
Addressing a press conference in Jammu at party headquarter, State President Shri Ram Sena, Rajiv Mahajan today said that it is unfortunate that national media depicted wrong picture of whole episode of Rasana case adding that the same was more imaginary without based on actual facts.
Mahajan said that neither the Bar Association nor any other organization besides civil society members have ever said that culprits involved in this heinous crime be saved. We along with Jammuites in fact wants culprits be hanged publically so that in near future no one can dare to execute such a gruesome and totally inhumane act.
"Now the family of victim itself has demanded the CBI enquiry and both state and central governments without any further delay should handover the Rasana rape and murder case to CBI so that truth comes out and guilty be punished," said Mahajan.
He said that the incident which happened in Kathua deserves exemplary punishment as we worship our daughters on Ramnavmi and on the other religious and pious functions and whosoever is involved in this deserves harshest punishment. |
