Hon'ble Prime minister please save Jammu region from the coalition government
4/25/2018 10:30:55 PM
Shiv Kumar Padha Basohli

Expressing one's views through the print media, especially by the one seniormost ground level party worker and the philanthropist, is perhaps the last option left with him when he fails in his attempts to supply feedback about the performance of his party MLAs or ministers verbally, through correspondence or by telephonic calls to the party high command. From the day India has got the kind of Prime Minister of your stature, caliber and vision, the entire nation has witnessed unprecedented change all around, which it has been aspiring for since independence. It was the result of your farsightedness, infinite love for the nation, sincere and tireless efforts, your honesty, spirit of patriotism and nationalism, and above all your love for your countrymen could bring the whole nation out from the shrouds of humiliation, discrimination, hatred and isolation at the international fora. Your faith in democracy and belief in the future of India's destiny could steer the nation on the path of progress carve out a unique and distinct place in the world.
Whereas, on the one hand the nation is experiencing a revolution in the field of multipronged unprecedented development through your innovative schemes on the other Jammu region, as the ill luck would have it, instead of witnessing development has fallen prey to the inter MLA, inter constituency rivalries' and personal egos. The covetousness, selfishness of majority of the BJP ministers and MLAs has made them puppets in the hands of their coalition counterparts and are heard of harping on the same song which the PDP fraternity hums. Consequently the people of Jammu region are still facing deprivation, discrimination, un employment and humiliation. The antinational slogans of the stone pelters and the terrorists are echoing in the corners of the state. Where the nationalist youth is reeling under unemployment and the militants are being rewarded with the employment, incentives and RS. 6 lacs reward for their heroic deeds. All these unwise steps of the coalition government of the state has brought the whole developmental work of the Jammu region to halt. Sir,
1. The way the BJP candidates for the 2014 J K assembly elections were chosen, was totally unjustified, erroneous, prejudiced and biased with the result all Tom Dick and Harry could reach state assembly under the Modi Tsunami.
2. The elected MLAs boycotted their relations with the voters from the day they were elected instead they preferred the company of the blue eyed, coterie and sycophants.
3. Majority of the MLAs and the Ministers have their permanent groups which are assigned the government works under different schemes flouting all the norms of E tendering and transparency.
4. In order to establish their industries majority of the MLAs and ministers encroach the land wherever they can lay their hand on in connivance with the revenue, forest and the police departments by getting changed the kind of the encroached land (if needed) through the concerned departments.
5. The corruption at the ministerial, bureaucratic and lower level of governance is at extreme peak during the coalition government in the state. The huge and exorbitant rates are being charged blatantly either through the better halves or through the kins, for getting the transfers in the desirable department and desirable position, out of the way promotions and for providing political shelter to the declared deadwood in the state.
6. Instead of visiting the other constituencies and hold public durbars there our ministers are often seen inaugurating, beauty parlors, boutiques, JCB's, chairing cultural programs of the public schools run by the big houses. Getting the clicks while kick starting the black topping of the roads, planting the saplings, digging with eyes on the camera lens have become hobbies of our MLA/Ministers.
7. The visits of the top office bearers of the party has always remained few and far between since long.
8. The shrewd politicians in the Jammu BJP team of ministers who are sitting in the lap of Madam Mufti the CM of the state have hijacked the whole party, who instead of falling to the party lines are dictating their terms and conditions to the party high command of the state. Scared of the rough and vulgar language of such MLAs/ ministers no minister dares either to enter their constituencies or hold any public durbar. Such ministers keep their own teams whatever party they join who look after the personal empires and estates of the ministers and enjoy the protocol of the party simultaneously.
9. Many Ministers have established their own factories and industries in the names of their family members and the blue eyed which produce the same items which are used by the departments held by them. Number of ministers from Jammu and Kasmir have raised enormous moveable and immovable properties within and outside the state.
10. Some cacophony adamant MLAs and ministers have paralyzed the administrations of the constituencies they represent by meddling and interfering in the deliverance of the justice to the victims.
11. Shaking hands with the antinational elements by the coalition government, taking decisions in favour of the terrorists and rewarding them with employment and cash prise of RS.6 lacs for their antinational activities irks the democratic , secular and patriotic citizens of the Jammu region.
Sir, this is a synopsis of the situation prevailing in the state the reality is so grim and painfull that the countrymen cant even imagin of . Sir it is hightime to set the Jammu BJP house in order, apponint some investigating agency to assess the disproportionate assets of the ministers and the sources of their income. If the council of ministers in the coalition govt are not taken to task and some shrewd ministers are not shown the exit the day is not for away when Jammu BJP will meet waterloo in the next 2020 assembly elections, and these politicians prove Trozen horse for BJP. It is worthwhile to mention here that the state organization has been apprised many times regarding the behavior but in place of discouraging them the high command have been seen patting their back because such ministers prove as lactating cows for them.
