| The world would be surprised to know that the generosity showered by Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru in favour of China by reverting Tibetan sovereignty to it which it got from British Government for everlasting pace at the cost of the nation of great India vide Panchsheel agreement, but in reciprocation it got violence enmity deceit threat and breach of trust. It spurned away the said agreement as a piece of paper in the dustbin. Which opened an unacceptable flood gate to consider from de nova, i-e the mode of revert the Tibetan sovereignty which surrounded by India in its favour, because of sovereignty for which purpose was surrendered was not comply with and committed transgression the spirit of the said agreement?
China is a first country in the World, which has nuclearised Pakistan against India for its defence to create a buffer state against India. For that propose it supplied 1000 Megawatt Nuclear reactor to Pakistan under agreement between China National Nuclear Co-operation and Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission by violating its government and in contravention to its assurance made in 2004, not to sell additional reactors to Pak Chesham Nuclear facility beyond the two reactors that had to be started operation in 2000 and 2011, but there all under standings and agreements to keep confidence intact had lost its spirit under its deceptive policy and continued its violative strategy.
Its misadventure was taken in view in nuclear 'suppliers group in Prague. There it (China) as a criminal pleaded vaguely with ambiguous argument with whimsical manner that its Nuclear Co-operation agreement was not any trans aggression of the relevant principles of Nuclear suppliers twisted to justify its violation deliberately.
However it (China) exerted its efforts to the maximum extent to justify to its violative stand, but failed to justify its Trans- aggressive stand embarrassed internationally, but even then it's recalcitrant to its stand and continued to support of its violation obstinately. Those all arguments and counter argument had gone all out in helping and supporting Pakistan for its nuclear developments.
On the other side it created obstacles by using vela power for inducting India as a member in Nuclear supplier group of being non member of NPT, despite the support of the all members of the NSG. On the basis of its adamant attitude it came to light of its tilting vision against India to deprive it of from all the corners. In the light of it's of its lopsided working by using veto power was not impartial.
By confirming the mentality of China, Nisha Desai Biswal Assistant Secretary of state for South and Central Asia USA, opened her mind appeared in media in January16, 2017 that clearly there was one outlier that needed to be addressed and that was China. It was because of China resistance that India would not become a member of NSG.

Its pleading was pro-terrorist which deduced the its every effort was engaged in countering Indian any issue, so much so, it was the first to mobilize opposition against India for the membership of the UN Security Council.
In fact it contained its policy to isolate India from all he corners and well equipped militarily to Pakistan to face any challenge from it with bargaing on Indian sovereignty to make it a solid buffer state for its protection therefore any move that damages India is supported by it with full scale. it for that purpose to lower India, bit by bit exert its political and economical influence to Indian enjoining monolith appear its head as a to spoil to create disturbance to spoil peace against India. Had it been a pace promoting country in that event it could have plead its role by suggesting and conversing to Pak to stop generating terrorism stand grabbing policy against India but despite that helping it to stand against it as a life cu enemy. It's that selfish shallow policy does not suit for the one of the biggest responsible nations of the world. |
