| Free Yoga & Medical Camp organized | | | | UDHAMPUR, June 18: In continuation of International Yog Day celebrations, a Free Yoga Camp was organized by Duggar Heritage Society Udhampur in collaboration with Department of Yog Sciences Central University Jammu & Bhartiya Yog Sansthan Udhampur. The camp was inaugurated by Ravi Kumar Registrar Central University Jammu & Devinder Sharma SDM Chenani in presence of Shiv Nirmohi National Awardee, Dr K C Sharma Chairman, Pritam Kotwal Sports Advisor, Sh. Gopal Sharma J&K President Brahman Sabha, Chhaju Ram Kahjuria & Hans Raj Shastri of Bhartiya Yog Sansthan, Dr. D L Choudhary HOD Yoga CU. Where the benefits of Yoga for healthy living for 100 yrs was practiced by the participants in natural ideal environment to learn & practice Yoga in this best yoga centre in the country. Origin of Yog & a new yogasan invented by Dr K C Sharma to sleep with in 10 to 12 minutes was demonstrated & history of Mantalai by Prof. Shiv Nirmohi was also conveyed to the participants. Simultaneously Free Medical Camp was also organised in which Dr. Uma Sharma Gynaecologist. |
