| Passenger Shed Inaugrated | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, July 2: Today a passenger shed constructed by irp 16th battalion at Bhaderwah morh at Batote under civic action programme was inaugrated by A.K. Mahajan-ssp, commandant irp 16th battalion. On the occasion a function was also held which was attended by a large gathering including local respectables from all walks of life including social workers.
A.K. Mahajan- ssp, commandant irp 16th battalion dedicated the passenger shed for use of general public and speaking on the occasion the ssp emphasized that this has been constructed with the approval of adgp armed sh. A.K. Choudhary-ips and dgp j&k Dr. S.P. Vaid-ips who allotted funds for the same. This is a step for building good police public relations as j&k police is always there for service of the public.
All respectables on behalf of general public lauded the gesture of irp 16th battalion and conveyed thanks besides projecting and hoping that other important issues like construction of lavatory block etc shall be constructed by j&k police in future. All present were served with tea and snacks as a token of goodwill gesture and respect for them. |
